New Routes has in June-September 2012:*Successfully developed a new Business Plan for the Ravenscliffe Community Association;*Written a successful application to the Community Learning Innovation fund for the Gateway Centre, Ravenscliffe, Bradford;* Supported the recruitment process for a new Centre Manager for the Gateway Centre;* provided interim Grants Management for the Community Foundation for Calderdale, managing a number of Grants Programs including Comic Relief, Diamond Jubilee events and initiating a Grants for Health and Well Being programme;* Undertaken a comprehensive post-flood needs assessment following the floods in the Calder valley;* Provided personal development and change coaching for clients working in the Local Authority, NHS and voluntary sector. New Routes continues to provide a range of organisational, management development, fundraising and training solutions for individuals and organisations.
