Responsible for all warehouses in UK and Ireland and an annual Opex budget more than $8M, leading, managing, and developing direct reports and approximately 75-100 associates/temps performing warehousing services for core go-to-market verticals in Technology Solutions with a focus on cost, customer quality and reliability. • Translating the Ingram Micro Technology Solutions Operations annual objectives to the managers/supervisors of daily warehousing operations departments in both UK and Ireland. Accountable for the management of all operational activities and results associated with the UK and Ireland businesses, including all related labour agencies and workers councils.• Developing plans and executing strategic improvements of all operations systems including WMS, ERP and integration into TMS. • Achieve best in class warehousing services for all Ingram Micro lines of business and build both the capabilities and team required to establish an operations centre of excellence. • Working collaboratively with Ingram Micro business leaders, transportation, sales, customer support, finance, IS and IT, purchasing, strategic sourcing and engineering to ensure alignment supports an accelerated transformation to achieve exponential improvement in warehousing services, costs, and solutions.
