Rob Beltch is the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Business Units, and Finance Operations, a newly formed program office role that reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The organization will develop advanced reporting tools, embrace standardization and planning capabilities, including information analysis and data modeling. Collaborating with operational and national functions leadership, Rob and his team will develop long-term financial and operational plans to strengthen financial performance while supporting our long-term business strategy. Rob will represent national business units across functions and key stakeholder groups through facilitation, partnership, and identifying solutions to issues and barriers while supporting our financial goals. He will also lead enterprise-wide efforts to evaluate and maintain our focus on affordability strategies, a critical component of our mission of delivering high-quality, affordable health care to our members and communities. An additional responsibility of Rob’s is to partner with the Finance Leadership Team to promote learning and development across Finance.
