Responsible for promoting 4 Team Members into Team Managers within our Café, always looking to develop our Team Members.• I am responsible for running a 3.8-million-dollar Café, while controlling inventory levels and costs, evaluating our & training our Managers and Team Members of 48 on staff while still continuing Flow Through to the Bottom Line.• We are now in the top 25% of over 900 Company owned Panera Cafe\'s in KPI\'s, and we continue to grow.• We run the lowest VTS (food variance) in our AOP market through having great systems and controls.
