After a long stay in Vehicle Engineering I now have the honour to lead the Jaguar LandRover Chassis Engineering team. Our Team are passionate about delivering exciting and rewarding customer experiences. Our cars provide the ultimate in composure, capability, comfort and reward in all weathers and on all surfaces.Our dynamics and off road capability team integrate the efforts of our motion controls team and our component and system hardware teams to deliver an experience that regularly receive external recognition and achieve high customer satisfaction.Our mission for the future is to continue to invest in our teams capability, have fun in what we do and bring that enjoyment to the customer in the way the cars drive either when the driver is holding the steering wheel or when the car is autonomously controlled.Some really exciting future challenges as we develop technologies to support rapid convergeance on an EV future, with maximum energy efficiency as well as the roll out of By Wire systems. Creating the technical architecture plan, complexity, emissions, legislative planning, customer needs futuring, quality planning and feature delivery to deliver engineering sign off of new vehiclesMy portfolio includes 2 multi top hat platforms which spawn products such as the new Defender, Discovery, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport as well as F Pace, XE, XF and Velar. Delivered to critical acclaim. Recently we launched the first JLR PHEV products with Range Rover and Range Rover SportPrior Road car programmes include technical leadership of CX75 Hybrid Hypercar Prototype, F type, XK and XJ vehicles.
