Working as the deputy head of the Deal Integration and Separation function, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all GlaxoSmithKline transactions of significance across the world. • Deep experience of delivering acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments.• My role involves either running the whole integration/divestment or a very significant part of it.
