At Kryterion we are improving lives one test at a time. After being on-board for 5 months, we have already set a course and are executing toward it. We have:* Picked an engaging noble purpose * Determined a 3-year objective * Set 4 main strategies to achieve our 3-year objective * Identified 49 initiatives that need to be completed to execute the strategies * Itemized 204 SMART goals for this quarter across the entire company to move forward on the initiatives * Completed 85 of the SMART goals after 5 weeks. This process has gotten everyone on the same page, and taken accountability to a whole new level. Finally, we continue to move the culture forward by focusing on transparency and team work. We held the first ever management training seminar, and have had 4 seminars on CS/CX. So, much progress made, but much more to come. My role is overseeing the company\'s day-to-day operations, communication with the CEO, creating operations strategies and policies, communicating operational strategies to employees, building employee alignment with company goals, and overseeing human resource development.
