Rob Adamson is a Principal Architect at DIALOG and airport planning expert. He has led the planning, programming, and design effort at the Calgary International Airport since 1998, including the recent $1.67B YYC International Facilities expansion project. At DIALOG, we’re passionate designers who believe in the power of built form to meaningfully improve the wellbeing of our communities and the environment we all share. Collaborating across studios in Canada and the US, our multi-disciplinary team includes architects, urban planners, interior designers, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, and landscape architects. ABOUT ROB ADAMSON
Rob is a leader in the design and management of large-scale complex building types such as airports and secure facilities. He is recognized as a design thinker and his experience with large projects and unique architecture contribute to his skilled approach creating spaces. He is an active member of ACI and and a frequent contributor to projects in Canada and the U.S. Rob recently led DIALOG’s airport design group, anchored by the new International Terminal at the Calgary International Airport. Rob’s airport focus and complex building specialization include projects for a variety of client groups such as the Canadian Federal Government, Department of Defense, and the RCMP.
