I am a corporate and financial regulatory lawyer, generally advising banks and fintechs on their strategy, regulatory and enforcement matters, partnerships and new businesses or acquisitions. As former general counsel of Goldman Sachs’ transaction banking and deposit businesses and global head of its bank regulatory team, I spent over a decade advising on wide range strategic and legal matters that enabled me to grow in ways I never thought possible. Back in private practice, I aspire to be the advisors I admired - true practitioners with an encyclopedic knowledge of not only the law, but the industry, which enabled them to advise for what was around the corner.
