ABOUT ROB SMITH
I specialise in enabling behavioural change. I work with leaders and senior teams, to help them measure and achieve alignment - and then in turn role model the behaviours required to empower and engage the rest of the organisation in making behavioural changes sustainable. 70% of imposed change initiatives fail to deliver the required outcomes - the techniques I use with clients tackle the inertia, resistance and lack of engagement that typically gets in the way of successful change. My 30+ years of multi-industry experience has led to a deep understanding of the motivational drivers and productivity triggers of people. I use this to unlock productivity and accelerate business improvements. My passion is in helping people realise their potential. I have cross-cultural experience having lived in 5 different countries and carried out consultancy work in 25 others.
