I am a cleared senior operations and corporate real estate executive with more than two decades of experience leading complex facilities, infrastructure, and mission-critical environments across government and private sector portfolios.Today I serve in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale operational programs supporting federal and enterprise clients. My work focuses on aligning operational execution with business strategy, driving service excellence, operational resilience, and long-term client partnerships across geographically distributed portfolios.My leadership journey began in the U.S. Navy Seabees where I learned the principles of servant leadership, accountability, and mission execution under demanding conditions. During my Seabee career I completed several overseas assignments including London, UK, Souda Bay, Crete and Frankfurt, Germany. These roles required operating within international civilian environments and diplomatic communities rather than traditional U.S. military installations, providing early exposure to cross-cultural leadership and stakeholder diplomacy.Throughout my career, I have been drawn to roles that sit at the intersection of operations, strategy, and leadership development. I have led high-visibility programs, built cross-functional teams and stabilized complex operational environments.I am currently pursuing an MBA through the Gies College of Business to deepen my expertise in corporate finance, strategy, and executive leadership.I am the self-published author of “In Service to Others: A US Navy Seabee’s Journey”, a memoir reflecting on my military service, leadership, and personal growth. The book has opened opportunities to speak about my lessons from humanitarian and disaster recovery missions, career transformation, and the transition from specialist to generalist in the corporate environment.My long-term focus is helping organizations navigate complex operational environments while developing the next generation of leaders.
