About Rasheeda N. Creighton
I help women, especially Black woman, and underestimated entrepreneurs take control of their lives—by connecting them to the systems, strategies, and support they need to thrive.I’m the Founder and CEO of Killing Superwoman, a platform where I support high-achieving women in reclaiming their time, energy, and money. Through financial coaching, virtual assistant services, and honest conversations about burnout and boundaries, I help women stop surviving and start living life on their own terms.I’m also the Executive Director of The JWC Foundation, where I lead a nonprofit focused on strengthening the small business ecosystem for Black business owners and other underestimated entrepreneurs across Central Virginia and beyond. I use my background in law, corporate strategy, and operations to make sure more of us can access the capital, clarity, and connections we need to grow. Here’s what that looks like in real life:* Coaching a woman through her YNAB budget so she finally feels in control of her money* Supporting a small business owner behind the scenes with systems that give her back her time* Automating the administrative chaos for a founder who\'s doing too much alone* Telling the truth—on paper, on stage, and in real life—about what it really means to opt out of perfectionism and choose freedomMy career path hasn’t been linear: lawyer, procurement executive, nonprofit leader, entrepreneur—but every step has been rooted in the same purpose: using my skills to help others find the clarity, tools, and support they need to lead.If you’re building something rooted in impact and equity, let’s connect.
