Rouzbeh Zadeh is the Chief Operating & Strategy Officer at Iran Software & Hardware Co.(NOSA) in charge of growth planning, partnerships, operations, budget analysis, and vision implementation. He is also an Investment Partner with Heafey Group, an international property investment group based mainly out of Canada and United States.Rouzbeh is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in startup, technology, and investment sectors where he has previously managed a multi billion dollar property and stock portfolio as Director of Operations at Heafey Group, doubled the bottom lines as Business Development Director for NOSA Inc, connected with the community as Business Solutions Manager for Canon Inc, and planned strategies and managed a successful exit as the Founder of rhubs.com. Rouzbeh currently serves on the board of a number of corporations and non-profits including NOSA and rHubs while acting as an adviser to numerous local startups in Ottawa & Tehran. Rouzbeh has completed his executive MBA as well as his BA. in Corporate Law and Applied Economics. He has also obtained a Minor in Psychology, level 1 CFA, Technology Commercialization, and Advance Project Management accreditations. Rouzbeh’s Hobbies include frequent travels and adventures along with his family, he is a private pilot who has visited over 200 cities across 47 countries. He has scuba dived below the coasts of Kish in Iran, jumped off the famous Ponte Colossus in Italy, and skydived feet over the Las Vegas skies.
