   My team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources functions, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance with labor laws, while ensuring a productive and positive work environment for employees. BCP\'s portfolio consists of 14 companies spanning a variety of industries such as banking, manufacturing, retail, restaurants, financial, and real estate with over 1,500 employees in 14 states.Personally, I am responsible for:• Payroll operations including timeclock management and incentive programs for monthly, weekly and biweekly payroll cycles.• The full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.• Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure clear communication and resolve conflicts as well as advise on employee grievances, discipline, and performance management.• Administers benefits year-round and conduct Open Enrollment annually for all employees.• Support managers in providing feedback and addressing employee performance issues.• Organize and implements events throughout the year to improve employee retention and enhance company culture within the Home Office.• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and remain compliant.
