Key Responsibilities: • FE modelling for the simulation of advanced metal forming processes, including profile roll bending, hot metal gas forming, and stamping• Formability analysis and numerical validations by using LS-DYNA and AutoForm• Process design and optimization based on detailed FE simulations• Carrying out the damage modelling and failure analysis using LS-DYNA to predict material behaviour under stress conditions.Additional Expertise: • Maintaining a database for incremental sheet forming process as a part of Internet of Production project• Employing machine learning methods for process optimization to improve predictive accuracy.
