The technical team utilizes an on/off-shore model with staff located in NYC, Mexico and India.The team provides technical support for multiple environments including IBM Mainframe, Linux and Microsoft Windows platforms. Applications consist of Morgan Stanley developed applications along with various complimentary vendor platorms from partners such as Blackrock, Money Guide Pro and Broadridge. Focused coordination is required across these platforms to promote a stable environment to allow the busines to confidently engage and manage our clients financial needs.Required skills in this fast paced environment include strong interpersonal skills, technical acumen for multiple hardware and software platforms, and the ability to consistently deliver results in a dynamic environment.
