I’m a real estate development professional with over a decade of experience delivering $500M+ in affordable housing, mixed-use, and multifamily projects across Canada and Mexico. My work spans concrete and wood-frame construction, purpose-built rentals, and high-performance building, with more than 500 homes delivered to date.At BC Housing, I manage a diverse portfolio in Metro Vancouver — from large-scale developments to the deconstruction of modular housing. I bring a balance of strategic oversight and financial discipline, managing proformas, risk registers, and complex schedules with tools like MS Project and MS Excel.Earlier in my career, I underwrote 100+ potential acquisitions, led portfolio-wide redevelopment assessments, and oversaw net-zero retrofit initiatives, securing $5.5M+ in funding for deep energy retrofits and delivering multiple Passive House multifamily buildings. In Mexico, I collaborated on over 200 real estate transactions and oversaw the construction, development, and renovation of single-family homes — experience that sharpened my ability to adapt to different market segments and delivery models.I thrive in high-performance environments and teams, where clear goals and collaboration drive results.
