About Becca Gale

For over 10 years, my career has been dedicated to understanding people, their contexts, and the systems that shape their behaviors and experiences. With foundations in public health, government services, and clinical research, the through-line has remained constant: uncovering insights, listening deeply, and translating complex stories into actionable insights and meaningful solutions. I have led discovery and design research activities (including research planning and recruitment, facilitating hundreds of interviews and synthesizing findings into clear, strategic insights); co-designed strategic frameworks for maturing customer experience (CX) capabilities across organizations; and facilitated stakeholder workshops to generate and validate personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and product roadmaps to inform strategy and service delivery.
