Families for Depression Awareness is a national nonprofit organization that helps families and friends recognize and cope with depression and bipolar disorder to get people well and prevent suicides. Families for Depression Awareness offers education and resources on teen depression and adult depression and bipolar disorder. Our webinars provide guidance and actionable advice for caregivers so they can take care of others - and themselves. Families for Depression Awareness also manages Care for Your Mind an advocacy blog that helps people become well-informed advocates for mental health.
