I believe the body is not broken. It is communicating, and most people have never been taught how to listen.For several years I have worked at the intersection of functional nutrition, integrative health, and longevity science, specializing in complex chronic conditions including mold illness, neuroinflammation, gut dysfunction, autonomic dysregulation, and metabolic health. I am the founder of Core Alchemy LLC and a consulting practitioner in both functional neurology and integrative health practices, where I work on cases that require a deeper level of investigation and care.My approach is rooted in bio-individualization. No two people heal the same way, and the protocols I develop reflect that. I hold advanced training in hormone health, gut health, functional lab testing, detoxification, peptide integration, and plant-based nutrition as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. My background also includes licensure as a Massage and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapist, Reiki I and II certification (Usui Holy Fire and a 200HR yoga teacher certification. That breadth is not incidental.
