   At AvePoint, I work as a Senior Solutions Engineer helping organizations make the most of their Microsoft 365 environments—especially when it comes to data governance, compliance, and collaboration. My job is to understand what our customers are trying to do, what challenges they’re facing, and how AvePoint’s tools can help them get there without unnecessary complexity.Most of my time is spent in conversations with IT leaders, compliance folks, and business stakeholders—translating their needs into practical solutions. I run technical discovery sessions, design and present solutions, and walk teams through how our platform can solve real-world problems like data sprawl, records management, or restoring access after a misconfiguration.I support the sales team by running product demos, building out proof-of-concepts, and helping respond to RFPs and security reviews. I\'m often the bridge between technical and non-technical audiences, helping explain not just how something works, but why it matters in a broader business or regulatory context.Behind the scenes, I work with product and engineering teams to give feedback from the field, and with our customer success folks to make sure implementations go smoothly. I also try to contribute to internal enablement—whether it’s training new team members, creating walkthroughs, or jumping on webinars to share what I’ve learned.I stay sharp on Microsoft 365—especially Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, and anything related to lifecycle, retention, or access controls. I try to keep things grounded, avoid the buzzwords, and focus on helping customers actually solve problems and feel confident in the tools they’re using.
