Many times, technology is the easy part of a project. Business processes and organizational issues often need to be reviewed and addressed to take advantage of technology and move a company forward.I’ve helped to develop and manage IT governance processes to ensure IT functions are aligned to work on the organization’s most important business objectives. Having spent many years in operating units before coming to IT, I speak the business unit’s language and I often act as a liaison between business and IT.
