Drove the seamless integration and continual advancement of Admissions, Care, and Collection systems by prioritizing the divisional Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation and optimization. This strategic emphasis yielded a remarkable 20% revenue growth in the 2022/2023 period. Successfully integrated the technology operations of over 20 acquisitions and newly established locations, while concurrently implementing a comprehensive software and service footprint reduction initiative. This exercise generated substantial results, with software and service spending reduced by over 20% within a 24-month period. Established a comprehensive enterprise security practice based on the NIST/HITRUST Common Security Framework, authoring IT security policies/procedures that align with best practices and industry standards. Spearheaded third-party audit/remediation activities and established an annual HIPAA data security training program.
