After more than 31 years in federal law enforcement—starting in patrol, moving into complex investigations, and eventually serving as a Deputy Director—I learned that effective leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about trust, accountability, and results.I bring that same mindset to the world of technology—helping develop and deliver systems that actually work for the people who depend on them.I’ve seen firsthand how the right tools can make or break operational efficiency and effectiveness.
