As a Technical Project Manager, I manage all technical projects and keep my teams on track for project delivery. I encourage active project team discussions, manage issues/conflicts, and facilitate sponsor, stakeholder, and consultant/vendor communications. In this role, I coordinate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and with business operations to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs/solutions.Additionally, I oversee the project teams to keep the solution on scope, on schedule, and on budget, as well as develop and maintain project time frames, budget estimates, and status reports. I communicate and meet regularly with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to provide updates and define project goals and objectives. Moreover, I ensure project documents (including project charter, scope, resourcing, communication, and risk management plans) are complete, current, and reported appropriately.Responsibilities Include- Spearheaded the creation and adoption of the Project Management Office (PMO) for Turtle, with support and direction from the CISO/CTO- Created project process management for all three methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Traditional) based on the PMBOK standards for project management, in addition to the design, production, and distribution of all project documentation templates- Managed all technical projects on a company-wide basis, including development and management of documentation, communication, budgets, and processes- Notable projects include eCommerce and flagship website launches, migration of ERP system to the Cloud, replacement of on-premises to virtual data centers, and PIM implementation- Oversaw the eCommerce and flagship website launches from inception to completion.
