My role at Aztec focuses on driving collaboration, wellness and employee satisfaction across multiple and international locations, through creative communications and engagement initiatives. Predominantly, my main area of responsibility is to design and implement strategic employee engagement campaigns for Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellbeing and Employee Voice. This includes leading on the development of our wellbeing strategy and delivery plan to ensure employees hear about, understand and engage with our key wellbeing activities. To plan, manage and lead the annual cadence of our employee voice survey including survey design, implementation, tracking success, analysis and reporting.

ABOUT RACHEL BELBIN
I\'m an internal communications and employee engagement professional with a deep rooted desire to help businesses build the most effective teams possible. I help businesses to communicate with their teams through creative and engaging messages to support the business strategy. I also support businesses to improve the employee experience through the creation and development of new ways of working and initiatives and developing the workplace culture. In particular, I have enjoyed leading and creating the design of a wellbeing strategy and programme. I\'ve also enjoyed developing and supporting with cultural initiatives that support employee recognition, CSR and people initiatives and practices. When I\'m not at work, I enjoy practising what I preach and taking care of mine and my family\'s wellbeing by striving for good balance in all areas of life. I enjoy nothing more than a long walk by the coast and a glass of wine! Everything in moderation!
