ABOUT RICHARD LAZAZZERA

I’ve spent the last decade building businesses, communities, and content at the intersection of ecommerce, the creator economy, and entrepreneurship. As the founder of A Better Lemonade Stand, I’ve helped thousands of early-stage entrepreneurs launch and grow their businesses online. The site has reached over monthly readers, community members, and subscribers. But I’m not done building. I’m obsessed with the concept of something from nothing — whether it’s an idea, a product, or a business. That obsession led me to generative AI, no-code, automation, and 3D printing. I’m drawn to systems that help people express, create, and grow with fewer barriers. Right now, I’m exploring new projects, supporting founders, and open to a range of strategic opportunities — from collaborations and advisory work to fractional or EIR roles. I’m especially energized by projects that combine creativity, systems thinking, and forward momentum. Ops-heavy? Product-adjacent? Founder support? If it’s smart and fast-moving, I’m interested.
