Vaidyanathan R K has over 4 decades of experience in various repted multinational companies in the field of Finance, Accounts, Supplychain, Admin and HR. He has closely worked with the Big 4 for various audits during his tenure. He has played a key role in setting up the operations like assembling unit, implementing the systems and procedures, setting up and training Finance department, recruiting people for various functions in IKA India and Epson India. He was also able to obtain SVB with zero loading and approval for ECB at IKA India. He is also experienced in the implementation of SAP R3 and SAP B1. He was also part of the Board in IKA India as whole time director and also served as an interim managing director for a few months where he was instrumental in making a turn-around for the company.
