This gave me abundant time to make myself accustomed with the efforts put in for setting up a new organization, the necessity of process driven approach, importance of financial discipline, how to keep the customer in our fold and the last but the most significant element, efficient People Management which plays a pivotal role in the turnaround of an organization.Was keen on having functional experience in various managerial spectrum of an organization and grabbed the opportunities to work in Business operations, Customer service, Procurement, Inventory management, Team management, Vendor management and Revenue management. All these exposure, constant strive for excellence and perfection culminated in getting picked up for front ending new business verticals. These were all a new path breaking journey to transform myself, harness multi-dimensional managerial skills and move on in new avenues of endless opportunities.
