   Launched, raised funding, and scaled the biggest startup for visa and immigration services on the Georgian market; the business became profitable from day one. Managed a team of 10, led product development, working closely with the CMO, and CTO to define and execute product roadmaps using Jira, Confluence, Canva, and Hubspot CRM. Streamlined customer experience workflows; gained more than 10K+ satisfied customers. Positioned the company for investment by defining key business milestones and pitching to VCs and accelerators. Raised $60K as a government grant and participated in two startup accelerators. Led partnership-building initiatives, negotiated agreements with key industry stakeholders, and launched two subsidiary startups (ephoto.ai and Greencard.ge) based on successfully implemented products.
