I am a dedicated Library and Information Science professional with over 6+ years of experience across academic libraries, healthcare institutions, and research environments. My professional journey is deeply inspired by my late father, a government teacher who served as a Principal. He believed in education, integrity, and hard work—and although he is no longer with us, his values continue to guide every step of my life and career.“I love you, Papa — you are my strength, my guide, and my forever inspiration.”I began my academic journey with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, followed by an MLISc from the Central University of Himachal Pradesh (2018). Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from Lovely Professional University, Punjab.My professional career started as a Library Trainee at the Wildlife Institute of India, Dehradun, after which I worked with several reputed institutions, including HIMT Law College (Greater Noida), Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS), Bengaluru & Delhi (External Consultant), Manipal Group Hospitals, Metro Hospital Group, Amrita Hospital Group, and Ankura Hospital.Across these roles, I have gained extensive experience in academic library management, healthcare academics, postgraduate medical education (DNB–DrNB & Fellowship programs), joining and accreditation formalities, and academic documentation. I have also contributed as a co-author to reputed research journals, strengthening my research and scholarly profile.I am highly skilled in Koha, Libsys, RFID technology, cataloguing, classification, digital library management, and knowledge organization systems, with a strong focus on enhancing access to information and supporting academic excellence.
