Consistently and successfully demonstrate the ability to complete any necessary training, including consultative follow-up, heat case, saves, etc. • Acquire the knowledge and show the successful ability to train another BU product line.• Promote and deliver both on-site and webinar-based instruction of all VinSolutions suite of products, as well as promote the advancement of the customer\'s utilization of the product.• In-depth knowledge of all VinSolutions suite of products and DealerTrack DMS Business Office; including product settings pros and cons and system functionality cause and effect relationships.• Effectively present VinSolutions suite of products and DealerTrack DMS Business Office clearly, demonstrating the functionality of the system and answering dealership questions through on-site dealership training.• Participate in product development and enhancement review sessions for my continued growth as a VinSolutions and DealerTrack DMS subject matter expert.• Participate in developing new training programs/content as directed by the Training Department Management.• Construct and communicate all dealership training documentation, including training agendas, daily training reports with class attendance and training issues, training recaps, support tickets, and other training communication, and record all documentation in VinSolutions’ CRM software and DealerTrack DMS Business Office.• In-depth knowledge of current automotive trends and best practices to ensure the educational content is relevant and provides maximum value to dealerships.• Participate in the exchange of best practices with the Product Training Team.• Mentor new Training Team members in VinSolutions best practices.• Train new-hire VinSolutions Dealer Consultants, Performance Managers, and DealerTrack Dealer Solutions Consultants.• Lead multiple dealer group CRM installations and acted as the main point of contact for all dealership communication
