I’ve spent over two decades immersed in technology and information security, but my journey has evolved into something broader and more exciting: business transformation. Today, as the head of strategy at Blackhawk Community Credit Union, I apply deep technical expertise to operational strategy—focusing on process, project, and knowledge management to drive meaningful change.I’m part of a dedicated transformation team working to reimagine both member and employee experiences. By leveraging a robust infrastructure, formal process frameworks, AI, and partnerships with leading fintechs, we’re building a banking environment that’s more intuitive, efficient, and loved by those we serve.Outside of work, I stay grounded with my wife and family and a wide range of interests—from volunteering and running to SCUBA, music and vintage hi-fi to photography and longboarding. I also like big trucks, hold a CDL, and enjoy time with my dogs, Watson and Birch.

These experiences shaped my ability to lead with clarity and purpose, earning trust through thoughtful leadership and a results-driven approach. In my current role, I oversee the Project Management Office and lead efforts to create a structure for fast, organized change—critical to keeping Blackhawk agile and future-ready. As part of the Senior Management Team, I contribute insights that strengthen strategic discussions and decision-making.My work spans strategic planning, PMO leadership, and enterprise initiatives that enhance member and employee experiences through automation, AI integration, and partnerships with leading fintech providers. Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering, SCUBA, photography, vintage hi-fi, music, and driving big trucks.
