When I stepped in to lead our Jefferson City location, I saw an opportunity to do more than keep the lights on—I set out to grow, modernize, and energize our approach.We shifted from undocumented, inconsistent processes to a flexible, results-focused culture that delivers faster, smarter, and with greater collaboration.
