Since starting my career with Techstaff in 1986, I have operated under the core belief that relationships built on a foundation of hard work, trust, and mutual respect are critical to my success in the recruiting profession. Ultimately, the best measure of my own success is found in the success I help others achieve. I truly enjoy the process of learning how companies work, the unique challenges they face, and most importantly, what makes them compelling to my candidates. This knowledge is essential for me to offer practical solutions to my clients and effectively communicate their stories to potential candidates. Candidates describe me as a tenacious, accessible, process driven, detail oriented advocate who always has their best interest at heart.
