With a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations Management and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, I have a solid foundation in DC Operations and Inventory Management. I am currently enhancing my skills and pursuing ASCM-CPIM.As an Inventory Supervisor at Eaton, I apply my attention to detail and passion for optimizing inventory performance and efficiency to conduct regular audits, create and maintain inventory reports, and analyze inventory data. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory counts and transactions, and recommend process improvements to streamline inventory control processes. Some of my achievements include reducing in-transit damage by 4% and decreasing costs by more than 7% for a major client, implementing RFID automated tracking and TMS process improvement for warehouse operations, and introducing transfer hire with leading e-commerce and beverage companies. I am always eager to learn new technologies and tools to improve inventory management and operations.
