Role Overview:As a Senior Analyst at Nasdaq, I work on the AxiomSL platform within the Global Shareholding Disclosure (GSD) solution, focusing on helping financial institutions comply with complex global disclosure requirements. My role involves delivering data-driven regulatory solutions, performing business analysis, and collaborating across functions to implement and support AxiomSL-based regulatory workflows. Key Responsibilities: • AxiomSL Configuration & Delivery:Implement, configure, and maintain GSD regulatory rules and workflows on the AxiomSL platform, ensuring accurate and timely disclosures across multiple jurisdictions. • Regulatory Compliance & Business Analysis:Analyze and interpret global shareholding disclosure regulations (such as EU Short Selling Regulation, US SEC 13F, etc.) to ensure client reporting obligations are met. • Data Management & Validation:Work with large datasets involving equity positions and ownership structures using SQL, Excel, and AxiomSL’s ControllerView to build and validate disclosure outputs. • Client Support & Custom Solutions:Engage directly with global clients to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver customized reporting configurations aligned with local market rules. • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Coordinate with product managers, QA, developers, and global support teams to ensure accurate implementation and timely updates to disclosure rules. • Process Optimization:Use Python and SQL to automate manual tasks, optimize data transformation pipelines, and enhance reporting efficiency.
