BRANDING ACTIVITIES : I have improved the standard of the schools academically, developed the infrastructure for better facilities. Passionately keen for QIE and setting a brand for benefit of all stake holders. Developing innovative ideas for cultural activities in annual function in school. Developing innovative ideas into real projects which is my BRAND. I visited Helsinki, Finland to know the education system in Finland.* Preparing school for accreditation (Quality Council of India, N Delhi and CBSE,Delhi), SQAA & Leadership. ACHIEVEMENTS : Book writing- more than 200+ books for classes 1-12. PROJECTS : Conceived new projects and developed them successfully in schools, it\'s my passion. TRAININGS & WORKSHOPS: Trained teachers for CCE, pedagogy, classroom competencies, teachers for effective teaching.* Conducting seminars for students (Motivational, Educative), staff (Grooming, Empowerment) and parents (Orientation, Sensitisation ), Capacity Building Empowerment Programs of CBSE, 292+ online trainings and 100+ offline trainings.* Mentored CBSE schools for CCE implementation, 3rd year in secession as mentor of CBSE schools.* Resource person for SQAA( School Quality Assessment and Accreditation) and SOP( Standard Operating Procedures) for accreditation, At National Workshops on School Quality Assessment and Accreditation, New Delhi, Chandigarh and Sonepet. Trained 500+ principals, coordinators participants. Conducted 100+ physical workshops and 292+ online trainings sessions for teachers organised by CBSE and other organizations such as- Galgotia University, Bharti Foundation, DAV Schools and DAVCAE (DAV Centre for Academic Excellence) for Regional Officers- The Catalysts of Change, Goel publication New Delhi.
