Part leader, part project manager, my time as an Operations Lead has been defined by aligning our team around a shared priority of customer focus while managing the day-to-day operational challenges facing our flagship retail space. Today, we are among the highest performing teams in Canada, exceeding all inventory KPIs. As a project manager, I oversee all construction and improvement works for our space, defining business case needs, ensuring that all work is completed within scope, on time, and in line with Apple’s highest quality standards. I am also responsible for overseeing the visual presentation and network performance of the store as well as managing vendor relationships for all external contractors, custodians, and security personnel.
