As part of the EST Team, I play a key role in connecting candidates with meaningful employment opportunities by building strong relationships with employers and internal stakeholders. My role is driven by three core priorities: events, strategic business development, and sustained stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:Business Development (BD)- Conduct face-to-face and remote outreach to employers across various sectors- Generate leads, pitch proposals, and secure vacancies aligned with participant needs- Utilise Ai tools, Iconi and PowerBi to help boost productivity- Use LinkedIn and job boards to identify hiring trends and initiate contact with potential employers.Vacancy Management & Screening- Advertise roles, coordinate with Restart Advisers for candidate screening, and follow up with employers on CV submissions- Maintain accurate records in internal systems (e.g, Iconi) and ensure timely updates on vacancy pipelines.Stakeholder Collaboration- Liaise daily with Business Managers, Team Leaders, Trainers, and Performance Coaches to align recruitment efforts with operational goals- Engage with external partners such as Job Centres, local councils, and training providers to enhance employment pathways.Event Coordination:Organize and host employer engagement events at least twice a month to increase job starts and showcase candidate potential.
