   Tasked with leading the Philadelphia Technology division\'s Recruiting & Delivery team for one of the fastest growing staffing organizations in the Northeast. Responsible for leading, training, mentoring, and supporting a team of IT recruiters across varying levels of industry experience while still acting as a top producing individual contributor. In the player coach role, I also partner with L&D professionals at Soni to provide comprehensive, real world training in an effort to help recruiters make an immediate impact. Engaging with Business Development to align daily needs, allocation of resources, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsible for conducting nationwide and local searches for top talent; including but not limited to software developers, infrastructure engineers, data scientists, AI/ML Engineers and up to executives, technical leaders, distinguished engineers, architects, and much more. Tailoring each search to our clients needs whether it be a confidential effort or otherwise - I focus on constantly over delivering and finding the needle in the haystack. Specializing in recruiting all areas of IT including infrastructure, support, development, innovative technologies, and executive search. Together with my colleagues, I meet with client hiring teams to conduct in depth intake calls, asking pointed questions to ensure the right candidate is found everytime. I focus on asking the right questions as well as providing the right data to support realistic hiring efforts in a dynamic labor market. Highly proficient and well versed in the US visa system to allow for engaging visa holders of all stripes including H1B, H4, L1/L2, OPT, EAD, etc.
