Successfully managed and executed 5 conferences in virtual / hybrid format for the Econometrics Society. The World Congress was the biggest conference, with a record attendance of over participants.• Primary point person for communication with over speakers, including various Nobel prize winners, and managed over recordings with Live Q&A sessions. • Managed teams of 25-30 from the host Universities through the various stages of the World Congress and the other conferences.• Worked with software vendor from design to implementation of the software platform where the Virtual Conference was hosted.• Continuously evaluated and updated the stakeholders on the progress; refine and troubleshoot as needed. • On event completion, debriefed stakeholders on KPIs using event metrics and feedback; developed plan of creating libraries of the recordings going forward to make them available on demand.
