During my time at Penspen, a Dar Group Company. I have completed many tasks while keeping business continuity through general IT Support, along with additional tasks beyond my role responsibilities and requirements.Some of those tasks include- Assisted with major UK office moves, coordinating with external movers and recyclers- Being involved in the Dar Security Task Force to standardise across DAR\'s many companies- Onboarding and offboarding employees- Improved the onboarding and offboarding employees process- Procured all new UK tech and upgrades with major discounts through suppliers- Experience gained using Intune as our MDM tool and assisted in managing UK Phones through Intune- Developed new relationships with different suppliers and providers- Experienced new systems like: WVD, MDT and SCCM- Further Experience gained with Intune- Worked closely with IT in Mexico and the Middle East- Worked closely with a supplier to install physical security measures in an office, including intrusion detection, security cameras, and intercom utilising Net2- Travelled around the UK to different offices as required- Introduced many user experience projects, including improvements to the ticketing system and new starter process- Refitted offices to follow DSE/HSE requirements- Soley supported 200 users in IT- Supported the role out/install of a new VPN for users WFH- Troubleshooted network license issues for Abaqus, using SSL Manager- Diagnosed network license issues for Risk Curves which utalised Digi Anywhere Hardware and USB Manager- Dealt with several license renewals and installations on license servers- Completed a major mobile phone refresh, removing Apple devices from our enviorment- Overseer of essential office infrastructure updates/development.Winner of \"One Penspen\" 2023 - Working as a team to turn Penspens Vision into Reality.
