In my 10+ years of experience in working with elite performers, professionals, and organizations in the NBA, WNBA, FIBA, and NCAA, I have come to a crucial realization: Impactful mental performance coaching and organizational consulting extends far beyond teaching skills and strategy… At its core, it’s about empowering clients to navigate complex ecosystems, performance environments, and human experiences with intentionality. That starts by understanding what matters to people and organizations. What inspires them. What drives them. Whether on the court, in the office, or at home. At Courtex, we customize our approach to the unique individual needs of every client and encourage authentic self-expression in order to enhance personal and career development, maximize mental performance, and create sustainable cultures. I started my journey in a small German village with a population of less than 300 and, through vision, determination, innovation, and help from others along the way, was able to eventually move to the US, earn my doctorate degree in sport psychology and motor learning, and launch Courtex in 2013. Our team has consistently expanded its international network and innovated and adapted to establish a major presence in the basketball mental performance space. Inspired by our work with a highly diverse and accomplished clientele, such as first-round NBA draft picks, Olympic and World Championship-winning athletes, renowned NBA organizations, premiere sports apparel companies, NBA and FIBA coaches of the year, major sports and entertainment agencies, top level executives, and elite international prospects, we now offer Courtex coaching and consulting services across sports, business, and entertainment.
