Rotations consist of six-month assignments across four distinct teams, providing broad exposure to critical business functions and strategic initiatives. • Co-Lead the monthly LCRA newsletter, coordinating content and communications for over 100 colleagues. • Co-Chair the internal professional development committee, organizing events and resources to support team growth and learning. • Volunteer regularly with community partners, including Adopt-A-Class, Matthew 25 Ministries, and Junior Achievement. Through these experiences, I am building expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and business operations while developing leadership, project management, and communication skills.
