Public and private equity capital markets veteran investment banker with more than 20 years advisory experience on both sell-side and buy-side platforms. Currently, head of equity capital markets efforts at alternative asset manager, responsible for directing baby bond, preferred equity and common equity raising efforts across multiple distribution channels. Primary point of contact with investment banks and external wholesalers who distribute various types of securities across our REIT and BDC funds. Senior member of broker-dealer with Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 82 designations.Previously, senior ECM banker at Macquarie Capital, focused on equity origination across several sectors. Prior to Macquarie Capital, worked at two global investment banking firms which were aggressively growing their Americas platforms. At Nomura, was Managing Director and Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets in New York. Before moving to Nomura, worked in both private placements and public equity capital markets during my 11 years at UBS, focused on several industry verticals. Over the course of investment banking career, have executed and/or originated more than $11 billion of public and private equity, equity-linked and debt financings for clients.Earned Master\'s of Business Administration from The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and Bachelor’s Degree in Business from The University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
