I’m a distribution and operations executive with 15+ years of experience leading large, multi-state warehouse and delivery networks in complex, high-volume environments.Currently, I serve as a Regional Director of Distribution for RNDC, overseeing operations across 8 states, 13 warehouses, 5 depots, and more than 1,400 associates responsible for delivering $3.5B in annual revenue. Throughout my career, I’ve been trusted to lead during both growth and challenging business conditions — consistently delivering industry-leading cost performance while improving safety, service, and associate engagement.My leadership style is grounded in visibility, accountability, and respect for the frontline. I believe sustainable results come from strong teams, clear expectations, and continuous improvement.
