Honored to have led at so many levels in a career spanning nearly 30 years, I am best known for strengthening an organization by providing strategic direction and guidance through leadership and execution of programs and processes. My background is a blend of entrepreneurship and executive management–a thinker and a doer. Strong leaders start with listening, paying attention, being present, not judging. I am a strong listener, yet stronger still when it comes to organizational growth and development at all levels.While organizational development plays a key role in building a strong business pipeline, it takes personal relationships to build enterprise value and operational profitability. I play a vital role in this development and talent management process through designing and implementing leadership programs that build and vigilantly maintain world-class competency along with best practices.Transparency, communication, and the ability to influence allow me to become a more diligent and consistent mentor and in many cases, a coach. Remaining flexible while staying on course is something I have embraced over the years, and quickly shifting to meet new demands or threats is second nature.My demeanor showcases my enthusiasm, energy, and ability to communicate effectively. With or without direction, I have consistently shown that I can drive to succeed through engagement, collaboration, and building elite teams.Retired from the U.S. Navy in 2014 as a Navy SEAL Command Master Chief, I had the privilege and honor of serving in every capacity from Junior SEAL Operator, SEAL Instructor, SEAL Team Combat Leader, to Command Master Chief. Relationships built in some of the most exclusive environments as VP/CEO/Owner/SEAL, and having dealt with heads of state, warlords, and everything in between, I understand what the next level looks like, how it’s supposed to run, and how to maximize impact through attention to detail and development. I have been the impetus needed to invigorate all forms of businesses, teams, projects, over the last 20+ years as a leader.
