As the Global Head of Enterprise Architecture and Platform Engineering at Marsh McLennan, I have played a pivotal role in our technology transformation, spearheading the modernisation of both technology and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.In my capacity as the leader of the MMC Innovation Centre, I oversaw the development of our highly successful internal GenAI chatbot,\"LenAI.\" This initiative has empowered our 90k+ colleagues across MMC, enabling them to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and drive business success.
