Creating scaled & full sized Exterior & Interior concepts to feasible and aesthetically appealing clay models.• Liaise and support Designers, CAS, CAD, Engineering and Aerodynamics.• Work with armatures, hard models and hard modelling parts for clay models.• Use digital aids such as the hand held scanner, milling software and measuring/milling machines.• Work in a team to meet deliverables and support all colleagues.• Understand and practice health and safety and other company policies (Uphold ethics and integrity).•Lead Ext & Int projects and teams to meet deliverables within time frames (Plan, Organise and Delegate).• Manage teams (Communication, Conflict, Motivation, Health, Safety and Training).• Liaise with customers and seniors to manage expectations and meet dynamic deliverables.• Ensure all admin has been updated for each assigned project.• Support media events, reviews and other design events• Maintain the digital aids; train and support all colleagues.
